Spring, spring, spring!

Oh how we love spring.  The whole family is much happier when we can get outside.  The flowers are blooming, the grass is greening and there is so much more to do when you get out of the house! 

Erica's new favorite location to play is in mommy's car and daddy's car.  The downside is that it can be really hard to get her in her car seat when we are actually trying to go somewhere.  (Yes I know my car is a mess.  My car is always a mess.  The car cleanliness situation has not improved with an almost 2 year old driving around with me.)

No shoes, spring dress, ahh!

My heart breaks, my little girl is so adorable. 

Erica and daddy have started doing some serious throws in the air.  Mommy is in charge of the spinning games.  It's really hard to get these pictures timed correctly.  Here everyone is a little fuzzy and Erica is mostly out of the frame.

Here you can see the joy of a successful landing, but the camera is positioned for a throw, not a landing.  Erica and daddy do love this game though!

This shot just made me laugh because it really makes you wonder how high daddy is throwing Erica up in the air.  Yes, that is snow at daddy's feet.   Yes, Erica was running around with no shoes when snow was still on the ground.  Yes, Nate was throwing snow up in the air in this shot, not Erica. 

See how happy we are?  Ah, spring!
